After we get your Google form submission we’ll either…
Accept your request and individually follow up with an invoice. We’ll also talk through gear options if you’re not sure what’s best for your production and make changes to your reservation as needed! Or…
Sometimes we’re already planning to use or rent the gear during the time you request. When that’s the case, we’d be more than happy to refer you to someone else local to rent from!

Once we work with you to finalize your reservation details and pickup time, we need these 4 things before we can let you take the gear:
Pay the invoice electronically via Wave
By paying the invoice, you agree to our Rental Policies
A Certificate of Insurance listing “The 541 Co.” as additionally insured for at least the total replacement value of the gear you’re renting.
A copy of official government ID (i.e. driver’s license) of the person responsible for the gear while it’s away from our shop

Meet us at the shop, inspect, and pick up your gear!
(Delivery options are sometimes available at extra charge under extraordinary circumstances.)

Have an amazing shoot and bring us back the stuff just as you got it!
Want to make things even simpler? Rent out everything in the shop for $2,400/day or $7,200/week
Rolling to set in style
Who would you trust more? A “production company” that shows up in an old minivan or a team that rolls up in a sleek, dedicated equipment van (or two). Precisely. And, while a van may not change the actual result of the video, it means a lot to our agency partners and their end clients. Presentation and process matters.
Right now, “Big Blue” only comes on 541co productions. But, if you have a rental need that would be uniquely served by taking the van for a spin, reach out!
